Benefiting from a large bay window, this bright and airy space is perfect for relaxing. Fire up the Aga log burner in the winter months and cosy up on the sofas watching your favourite shows on the flat screen Smart TV.

Traditional in style, the kitchen includes a table and benches to offer more dining options. It boasts many amenities, including a Rangemaster cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge freezer, washer, dryer, dishwasher and kitchen aid. Emerald Beach House is fully equipped for self-catering stays.

Enjoy meals with your loved ones in the dining room which consists of a wooden dining table and comfortable leather chairs and another Aga log burner.

Take the traditional open stairs up to the first floor and you’ll find two bedrooms, a bathroom and separate WC. The bathroom includes a beautiful copper bath and walk-in shower. The first bedroom features a king-size bed and plenty of storage space, while the second bedroom boasts a double bed. Both bedrooms have a tranquil feel and premium bed linens to ensure a comfortable night’s sleep. Both bedrooms also include smart flat screen TVs.

On the second floor, you’ll find the final bedroom oozing luxury with a freestanding copper bathtub. Wooden beams and sloped ceilings give a traditional vibe, making this space special. The bedroom includes a comfortable king-size bed and freestanding copper bathtub. Leading off the bedroom is a separate walk-in shower WC and sink.

Outside at the front of the property, there is outdoor space which boasts a bench and views down towards the North Sea. A real treat in Saltburn, there is also a small private outdoor space at the rear of the property in the form of an enclosed courtyard.

Located in the heart of the town, the property is only a short walk from the beach and lower promenade. Take the oldest functioning cliff lift in the UK down to the promenade and you’ll arrive at the 208-metre pier which stretches out into the sea. The long sandy shores are overlooked by colourful boutique beach huts and high cliffs tower in the distance.

Emerald Beach House is close to all local amenities including independent shops, bars, restaurants and bistros.
